This site has a very nice interface, and a great design tool to get a custom wine label deisgned exactly as you like. It also has a good assortment of very elegant labels.
This site has many labels as well, though more dedicated to specific events (like holidays or weddings). It also offers some label shapes other than square. The design tool is more limited in that you basically attach an image and the etxt you want, and they are applied on a label in a specific way.
Food:
A wide assortment of cookie types, including photo oreos and edible business cards. Also offers photo brownies!
